Crafting the Art of Living
A home is not one thing. It is a slab, a floor, a rug, a wall, a ceiling and the light held between them — assembled with intent. For twelve years we have been putting those layers together across Southern India.
Most studios show you a picture. We show you the build — every layer, every joint, every millimetre we are accountable for.
Living & Dining, exploded
Every room.
One standard.
From the kitchen you cook in every day to the pooja room you keep silent — each is designed, manufactured and installed by the same hands.
What we're asked
for most
Beyond new interiors, most calls are for the work around them — ceilings, wiring, pipes and whole renovations. One team takes each job end to end, from breaking the first tile to handing back the keys.

01
False ceiling & painting
Gypsum and grid ceilings with cove lighting, then every wall taken from putty and primer to the final coat.

Turnkey means we own it
One contract. One team. Our own manufacturing floor. No handoffs for a delay to hide behind.
- 01
Consult & measure
We visit, listen, and take the site down to the millimetre. Budget bands are agreed before a single render is made.
- 02
Design & visualise
Layouts, materials, lighting and 3D views. You approve a room only when you can see it from every side.
- 03
Technical drawings
Every carcass, shutter, cove and socket drawn and numbered. This is the layer most studios skip.
- 04
In-house manufacture
Cut, edge-banded and assembled at our own unit — so tolerance, finish and timeline stay ours to control.
- 05
Install & handover
Site protection, phased installation, snag list closed, and a warranty you can actually call on.
Projects we've handed over
Commercial fit-outs and homes, grouped by the brand we built for. Open a project to walk through it.
We don't sell products.
We create a lifestyle.
Since 2014, when Mr. Karthikeyan started taking contracts through premier interior companies, we have been continuously engaged in custom-designed interiors — working to the requirements and specifications of each client, using the finest materials and superior workmanship.
Today every project is run from our studio in Maduravoyal and handled by full-time carpenters under a project head, monitored on a regular basis, and we stay reachable seven days a week by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Elegant. Exclusive. Exquisite. Interior design and decoration that gives clients more than they expected or anticipated.
To be the leading interior designers and decorators.

The difference between a good home and a great one is decided in the layers you never see — the substrate behind the veneer, the cove that hides the LED, the hinge rated for a decade of slamming. Come and see them for yourself at our studio.
